Mark it Monkey (“the App”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle any information you may provide when using the App.

Mark it Monkey does not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information. All data you input — including notes, tags, and timecode logs — is stored locally on your device and remains under your full control.
2. Local Storage Only
All user-generated content stays on the device. The App does not transmit your data to external servers or cloud services unless you explicitly choose to export and share it.
3. Optional Camera Access
The App may request access to your device’s camera for the purpose of reading external timecode signals in future features. This access is:

Mark it Monkey does not use any third-party analytics, advertising networks, or tracking libraries.
5. Exports and Sharing
When exporting feedback or notes, the App may generate files (such as TXT, XML, or CSV) that you choose to share. These exports are created and shared at your discretion.
6. Changes to This Policy
If we make changes to this Privacy Policy, we will update the “Effective Date” at the top. Any future changes that affect how your data is handled will be clearly communicated within the App or on the App Store listing.
